How to make an appointment

• Appointments can also be made for an initial visit.
• In case you are not sure which department you should consult, please choose internal medicine first. After consultation at internal medicine, the doctor will tell you which department is appropriate for you.
• Without an appointment, it may happen that you cannot consult the department or the doctor you wish on the day of your visit, or that you may spend more time waiting.
• If you have a patient registration card, when you make an appointment please let our staff know your patient number, which is printed above your name on the card.
• Appointments cannot be made for medical diagnostic tests. To change appointments, please call the number dedicated for that. (>> For Those Already Registered>>Medical Diagnostic Tests)
• Appointment for Medical checkups are neither required nor available(>> Medical checkups)
• Some special departments have their own phone numbers for appointments. Please refer to the list below.
