Medical Checkups

• Our hospital provides the following checkups.
  • General health checkups
  • Health checkups for Chinese visa application
• Appointment is not required for medical checkups.
• Registration for medical checkups: 8:30-10:30.
• It takes about a week to issue a medical certificate.
• Medical certificates can be obtained at the hospital reception desk in the morning 8:30-10:30.

1. General Medical Checkups
   • Checkup tests can be chosen according to patient’s wishes.
   • The fee varies according to the checkup tests chosen.
   • The fee for issuance of medical checkup certificates is separate.
     (fixed form: 1,575 yen/copy, other forms: 3,675 yen/copy)
2. Medical Checkups for Chinese Visa(Physical Examination Record for Foreigner)
   • All the inspection items required to issue a certificate are included.
   • The fee is about 25,000 yen with certificate included.
   • Reissuance of a certificate requires an additional handling fee.
   • Certificates must be received in person.
